Lindsy Redman MA, LPC-S, CSAT, SEP is a distinguished therapist practicing at Best Life Counseling, PLLC in Scottsdale, Arizona. Specializing in the treatment of anxiety, panic disorder, depression, relational trauma and addiction, Lindsy offers effective techniques to ease symptoms and provide the clarity needed to again find joy, enhance relationships and move forward in life. Lindsy completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Psychology and Counseling at the University of Northern Colorado. She was selected to complete her internship at Banner Behavioral Health in Colorado and later worked at The Meadows Treatment Center for over fourteen years, holding various clinical positions, including Intake Interventionist, Primary Therapist, and Trauma Therapist. During her tenure at The Meadows, Lindsy completed training in Post-Induction Therapy (PIT), became certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). With her extensive expertise and compassionate approach, Lindsy is dedicated to helping her patients overcome challenges and achieve lasting positive change.
